The type of 990 your organization needs to file is based on the following financial activity:
- 990-N: Gross receipts less than $50,000.
- 990EZ: Gross receipts less than $200,000 and assets less than $500,000.
- 990 Full: Gross receipts more than $200,000 or assets more than $500,000.
- 990PF: All private foundations should file this type of return.

- Below are our minimum fees for 990 preparations:
- 990N - $200
- 990EZ - $450
- 990 Full - ($900 to $5,400)
- 990PF - ($1,800 to $7,900)
- Fees for fractional CFO services start at $3,600 and go up to $6,700 for high demand clients.
- Accounting clean up is a one-time fee. The fee typically ranges from $1,800 to $3,800.
